  • 1st Generation: Practitioner - concentration on one individual, "the cognitive brain" (IQ), skills and techniques to problems at the level of behavior and capabilities, a supposed therapeutic relationship between client and coach.
  • 2nd generation Master Practitioner - emphasis on the relationship between myself and the other, "the somatic brain (EQ)", issues at the level of beliefs, wider applications in the context of education, negotiation, sales, management and health.
  • 3rd generation NLP Health Coach - as of  "the system" (SQ), principles of self-organization, archetypes, the angel of the  system (fourth position). The key to this fourth position is: thay you are completely open to what is. Total acceptance and you work with everything there is in the here and now. The assumption is that the wisdom necessary for change already exists in the system.
SQ Spiritual Intelligence is a concept in progress, apart from IQ (intelligence), a concept that has long been known, and the more recent EQ (Emotional Intelligence). Spiritual intelligence is a form of intelligence and approach on resolving the question for meaning and belonging. The binding is thinking: creativity, insight and intuitive power. SQ is considered the base or essence of our intelligence and an indispensable basis for the operation of the IQ and EQ.
