He wrote numerous books on NLP methodes and models. E.g.: 'Visionary leadership skills' (1996), 'Changing belief systems with NLP' (1990) and 'NLP Volume 1', with Richard Bandler, John Grinder and Judith DeLozier. He also publishes the NLP-encyclopedia, free for every body on the internet. One of Robert's most important inventions is the model of the neurological levels, based on the work of Gregory Bateson.
