After finishing the NLP master practitioner training I waned 'more'. The Health Certification Training sponsored by Coaching Plaza was a logical next step.

Because the focus is on the identity level the HCT gave me insight, growth and personal development. When I brought the knowledge and techniques into my work, a business context,  I became more and more succesfull.

The power of intent, symbolic metaphor's and systemic thinking are examples of HCT techniques I, as communication and promotion manager, use to transform 'the product shoppingmall'  into healthy system. In this system everybody is able to function in a healthy way resulting in optimal results.
